Happy has plenty of women in his life, he is rich enough (he has a car & apartment) but he still feels lonely.So basically this can be considered as key line of Happy's character. It tells that he feels lonely after having many women in his life. This can be because he is finding someone like his mom.(Intelligent, caring,supporting and loving).He is also a good looking guy like Adonises.

This can be said because while Willy went to the flashback Happy tries to grab his attention by saying that he is losing weight.He dates various women for satisfaction & those women used to be engaged and furthermore he used to go to their marriages also.Happy's ego is hurt because Willy never bothers about him and he feels lonely!
